New haul for 2013 : Bathing Ape Optimus Prime (red camo)

Started off with a green camo version, then the grey...I was expecting next, a purple version in view of the Shattered Glass (SG) series...

Heck no...it turned out to be a red camouflage version...hmm..maybe Optimus Prime isn't red enough...

Anyhow, for someone who loves the G1 Optimus Prime mold (yes, the mold has been reused, recycled and 'abused' for umpteen years...), I gotta have it as part of my collection. More so with the previous 2 camo version already in hand.

With that...taadah! my latest haul (and only haul so far..) for 2013...right after this, back into my hibernation mode once more...snore...

Don't feel like unwrapping it yet...so, in case you would like to know its contents...(basically, it's a G1 Optimus Prime mold anyway, what's new besides the color?), you may check out the many sites online with various reviews of this piece...or my many reviews earlier (just disregard the color).

Toy Review : Fire SL Grand Convoy

To end the year 2012 with yet another review of a very old piece...the Superlink Grand Convoy (SL Fire), a TV Magazine mail-away exclusive redeco of SL Grand Convoy. Apparently, there is only 3,000 such pieces worldwide and I'm owning one of them...

Still wrapped and direct from Japan, my Bathing Ape Optimus Prime collection is complete (for now coz' who knows what color is next...). This green camo version was the first to be released back in 2011, followed by the grey version this year.

Pre-rub "Standard" G1 Optimus Prime

Another early but more commonly found "standard" version of G1 Optimus Prime...Nothing much to describe or review here, basically, it's still a G1 Optimus Prime.

Cab wise - no rubsign, hence pre-rub. Again, long smokestacks indicate early release.

Yes, there's slight chrome wear on the smokestacks...

A Prime Gathering...

Title aptly put...for a gathering of Primes or more accurately, Optimuses...coz' well, we have other Primes too (eg. Rodimus Prime, Sentinel Prime, Vector Prime etc..).

No new hauls since...(can't recall when), so in the meanwhile, took group pics of some of the Optimuses in my collection...
