Galaxy Force GC-23 Megalo Convoy Revisited...

Did a brief review of this old piece, released back in 2005 before it was finally sold off to another fellow collector...

This Leader Class piece comes with 'Sparkdrinker' (his colossal axe), Mini-Con Drill Bit and a gold-bordered Cyber Planet key.

Condition of box, from all sides : frankly, still good...from the 1st day I bought it...

Items removed from box :

Mini-Con Drill Bit
Instruction manual, bio card, catalog
In a pose resemblance of the back of box

Plugging the Cyber Planet key into the key jack on Sparkdrinker opens up the wheel to form the axe-head :

Hopefully, the new owner would have more time playing with it than me...hmm, I still have the Hasbro version though, in case I wish to revisit this yet again...

BIG bots Revisited...

Created an album titled "My BIG Bots" on my Facebook earlier but in case, you're not into Facebook-ing or probably in a country where this social media is being banned, fret not...I'm going to mirror those pics here. Well, I might even add a few more, just for your viewing pleasure...

Black Unicron

Cybertron Primus
Now for the rest...still MISB...

Takara 00 Primus
Energon toyline of Unicrons was redecoed from the Armada toyline, one sporting black and transparent orange while maintaining the other orange/yellow Armada version in the Energon packing box.

Energon Unicrons
This TF2010 version of Unicron and Primus remain highly sought after as they are of a complete different mold than previously displayed.

If you're enjoying this and intend to own one (or more), just drop me a line...anything and everything is up for grabs (ie. for sale) for the right price...provided they are still available...cheers!

Legend Class Galaxy Convoys

Remember these Galaxy Convoys?

Galaxy Force Optimus Prime, EX-02 Convoy, Cybertron Optimus Prime

Now for their respective 'Mini me'...

New additions to the Galaxy Convoy family
Basically, they are simplified version of Cybertron Optimus Prime i.e. no weapons, no accessories, no trailer whatsoever... and transformation is in 5 simple steps...

One mold to rule them all...same mold but no less than 7 redecoes...

1. Hasbro Legends of Cybertron Optimus Prime (2005)
2. Takara Galaxy Convoy metallic version (this was included with the Takara Cybertron Metroplex set) (2005)
3. Takara EZ Collection Optimus Prime (better paint job than the US release) (2005)

I am missing this!! (source : internet)

4. Takara Galaxy Force EZ Collection (Master Megatron / Galaxy Force / Starscream clear set) (only limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide as a TV magazine mail-away exclusive) (2005)

Optimus Prime is dying to get out...but this is a MISB set...arrgh...
5. Hasbro Galaxy Force Optimus Prime (this resembles its Leader class with the Cyber key designs on its shoulders) (2006)

6. Hasbro Classics Menasor (one of the redeco that is not Optimus Prime) (2006)
7. Hasbro Universe Hot Zone (a Target exclusive) (2008)

Hot Zone : why am I so pale??
There is a 8th piece...a Lucky Draw gold piece, apparently only 15 worldwide... but we will disregard this as it is out of my league...

(source : TFwiki)
As mentioned, 5 simple steps and there, you have them in alternate mode :

Wait...where is Menasor? To be continued...

Here I am...small yet rare, so should I de-MISB it as well?
